Call control for Cisco Headset 560 Series
You can answer, reject, mute, hold, and end calls all from your Cisco Headset 560 Series.
Make and answer calls
You can configure your Cisco Headset 560 Series to answer calls when you pick the headset up from the base.
Do one of these things:

Adjust your volume
Hold Volume on your headset to adjust the volume. |
Mute yourself on a call
Do one of these actions:

Place a call on hold
While on a call, press Call on your headset.

End a call
You can also configure your Cisco Headset 560 Series to end calls when you place the headset back on the base.
Do one of these actions.

Reject a call
Press Call on your headset twice. |
Put a Call on Hold and Resume a Call

Select the call that you want to resume. |

Press Call. |
End a Call and Resume a Held Call

Hold Call on your headset until you hear a tone. |

End an Active Call and Answer an Incoming Call
