Audiocodes MP-124E Manual Reconfiguration Procedure Attached are the Procedure Manual, Firmware Files, and Default Webex Calling Configuration Files, required to manually add the Audiocodes ATAs onto the Webex Calling service.

This procedure should only be used if you did not Purchase / Lease your Audiocodes ATA directly through your Service Provider, as Webex Calling factory shipped devices, will already be configured with the appropriate firmware and configuration files.

Please verify that the firmware version of your device matches MP124E_SIP_F6.60A.340.001.cmp. Otherwise, your device will not successfully connect to the configuration server. The Webex Calling version of the Audiocodes ATA Firmware is attached below.

It is important to note that Webex Calling uses proprietary versions of Audiocodes ATA Firmware loads in conjunction with the Audiocodes ATAs. As this software may not be readily available to end customers, we have attached them to this article.

Webex Calling currently only supports the FXS only versions of the Audiocodes ATA. Models supported include: AudioCodes MediaPack 124E- 24FXS
