Enable Caller ID for People Joining Cisco Webex Meetings by Phone Only
When users join Cisco Webex meetings, events, or sessions using only their phone, their phone number is not displayed. You can turn this on so a partial caller ID shows.
From the customer view on https://admin.webex.com, go to Meetings and select the site you wish to configure.
Under Calls section, toogle Display Caller ID for dial-in users when available.
