If you require your attendees to register for your meeting or event, instead of manually reviewing registration requests, you can set up rules to automatically approve or reject them. For example, you can set up rules that would auto-approve email domains with the word Webex in them.
Sign in to your Webex site, click the drop-down arrow next to Schedule a meeting, and click Schedule a meeting or Schedule an event.
Add information about your meeting or event and add email addresses of people you’re inviting.
Click Show advanced options and then select Scheduling options.
Check the Required check box next to Registration.
Select Automatically accept requests that follow approval rules and then click Set up approval rules.
Set up your rule and its parameters. By default, you can set up rules for First name, Last name, and Email. If you customized the registration form, you can also set rules and parameters for any of the quesitons you've added.
When you finish setting up a rule, select Add rule. Rules are applied in the order that they are set.
When you have set up all of your approval rules, select Save.
