You have complete control and flexibility as an administrator in managing different calling deployments with these call settings features in Control Hub. Enable and prioritize different calling options and set single click-to-call for users.
Before you begin
You must have Webex Calling or Unified CM deployed in your organization.
Sign in to Control Hub at https://admin.webex.com, and go to .
In App Call Options Priority, you can drag calling options between Available Call Options and Hidden Call Options, to show or hide calling options for users.
You can also drag options in Available Call Options to change the priority of those options for users.
Turn on Enable Single Click-to-Call.
