Use the information in the following articles to monitor and troubleshoot your device.

You can view your device data with the Analytics tool on Cisco Webex Control Hub, including device utilization and feature usage. Use this information to determine how often your device is in use or which features are popular with users.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Analytics.

Click Devices.

Select your device from the Type of device drop-down list.

You can view your phone information from the Settings menu. Use this information to troubleshoot your device or to check the phone state. This information is different for each deployment model, but it includes:

  • Device name.

  • IP address.

  • The Media Access Control (MAC) address and serial number.

  • Current firmware and date of last update.

Tap the top-left corner of the phone screen.

Tap Settings from the list of menu options.

Tap About this device.

After the phone has registered, you can view a list of system messages. This is a useful tool to troubleshoot issues or to view the phone network activity.
