When users schedule Microsoft Teams meetings and include Webex devices, a join button appears on the devices right before the meeting begins.


WebRTC is available on Webex devices that support the web engine. WebRTC is not supported in classroom setup.


These features are not available during the meeting:

  • Sharing wirelessly or with an HDMI

  • Whiteboarding

  • Far end camera control

  • Participant list

Before the meeting starts, the Webex Board displays the Join Button. Tap Join to enter the meeting.

The call controls and the self-view fade away after a few seconds. When a presentation is shared, the Webex Board displays the presentation. However, the content shared on screen is not interactive.

The Room device displays the video stream from Microsoft Teams. The Touch controller provides the available call controls. When a presentation is shared, the Room device shows the presentation. On dual screens, the second screen isn’t used.
