Solution:
The Designated Chat User is a mandatory user profile created when WebACD is enabled on your Cisco Webex Support site. The Designated Chat User delivers automated responses to customers that join into a queue, such as letting the customer know which number they are in the queue, etc. The Designated Chat User profile does not count against the host licenses available on your Webex site.
