    After Initial login to the Cisco Webex Meetings App, Users are Prompted to Login

    After initial login to the Cisco Webex Meetings app, users are prompted to login.

    The users are getting timeout on their Webex meetings app.

    It‘s normal behavior for login expiration on an SSO enabled sites. The Webex Meetings app will follow the 'token expiration' duration set on your site. The default token expiration time is 14 days if the app is not used in weeks. The login token is expired because of site security control and the app will prompt the SSO login page to keep active status. If customers want to keep the active status for a long time:

    • Use the Webex Meetings app regularly
    • Talk to Technical Support to get he mobile expiration duration increased on your site.
    Note: If you have ProPack, you can change the automatic timer for the TTL of the tokens issued to the Webex application in Control Hub. See the following: Token policy settings in Control Hub.
