Call control for Cisco Headset 520 and 530 Series
You can answer, reject, mute, hold, and end calls all from your Cisco Headset 520 and 530 Series.
Make and answer calls
On the inline controller, press Call . |
Adjust your volume
PressUp or Down on the inline controller. |
Mute yourself on a call
Press Mute on the inline controller. |
Place a call on hold
Press Call once on the inline controller. If you have an incoming call, the headset answers automatically. |
End a call
Hold Call on the inline controller until you hear a tone. |
Reject a call
Press Call twice on the inline controller. |
Place a Call on Hold and Resume a Held Call

Select the call you want to resume. |
