You can answer, reject, mute, hold, and end calls all from your Cisco Headset 520 and 530 Series.
Make and answer calls

On the inline controller, press Call

Adjust your volume

Mute yourself on a call

Place a call on hold

Press Call
If you have an incoming call, the headset answers automatically. |
End a call
