How you cancel your Webex plan depends on how you bought it. Keep reading to see if this article applies to you.
This article does not apply to you if:
You bought your Webex plan through Cisco Commerce Express (CCE). To cancel your plan, submit a cancellation request 30 days or more prior to your agreement's auto-renewal date. See Managing Auto Renewal for Subscriptions in the Cisco Commerce Express Customer User Guide.
If your plan is scheduled to renew in less than 30 days, or you want to request an exception to your contract terms, open a case. Select Subscription Changes > Cancellation - Webex to ensure your case is routed appropriately.
You bought your plan through a partner or distributor. To cancel your plan, contact your partner or distributor.
You're a partner or distributor. See Best Practices for Managing SaaS Subscriptions on CCW.
Once you cancel your plan, you can continue using it until your contract ends. For more details, refer to your Universal Cloud Agreement.
If you purchased your plan on Webex.com, complete the following steps to cancel your plan and downgrade to a free Webex plan:
Sign into your Webex Meetings site.
Click the down arrow beside your name on the right, then select Site administration.
If you don't see this menu option, contact us for help.
From Control Hub Overview, click Account.
Scroll down and select.
Select a reason for canceling, then click Continue.
(Optional) If you're willing to provide feedback, enter it here, then click Submit.
