From the calling user portal, go to Call Settings.

Toggle on Simultaneous Ring.

4

Enter up to 10 phone numbers to ring simultaneously when your phone receives an incoming call.

If you don't want these phone numbers to ring when you are on a call, check the box next to Do not ring when on a call.

6

Check the box next to Answer Confirmation to prompt the call recipient to press a key before being connected.

If you do not see a schedule you would like to use for this setting, you can add a schedule on the Schedules tab in the Calling User Portal. For more information, see Create a Schedule to Apply to Call Settings.

  • When—Select your predefined schedule from the drop-down menu.
