Before you begin

  • The executive assistant service must first be enabled by your administrator in Control Hub.

  • Once enabled by your administrator, your executive must assign you to their assistant pool using the Calling User Portal.

Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling.

From the Calling User Portal, go to Call Settings > Additional Features.

Scroll to Executive Assistant.

Enter the phone number to forward calls to in the Set phone number field.

Check the box next to Forward filtered calls.

Click Save.
