You can forward your calls to another destination by setting the phone number in the portal.

Before you begin

  • The executive assistant service must first be enabled by your administrator.

  • The executive must assign you to their assistant pool.

Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling.

From the Calling User Portal, go to Call Settings > Additional Features.

Go to Executive Assistant section and turn on the toggle.

Enter the phone number to which the calls to be forwarded in the Set phone number field and check the Forward filtered calls check box.

Click Save.
