Site administrators can manage recordings for their site to help optimize available storage.

For example, you can search for and delete recordings according to specific criteria. If the owner of a recording leaves your organization, you can reassign recordings to a new user.

Search for recordings

Use the search options to locate recordings, including recordings that were moved to the trash.

1

Sign in to Control Hub, and go to Services > Meeting.

2

Select the Webex site for which you want to change the settings, and click Settings.

3

Under Recordings, select Recording Management.

4

Filter the recordings by choosing Recordings or Trash.

5

Use the search options to specify the criteria for your search.

You can search for recordings by the Date Created or the date the file was Last Accessed, Owner, Name, Owner Status, and File Size (MB).

For recordings that are in Trash, search by the Owner, Name, Owner Status, and File Size (MB).

6

Click Search.
