Set Password and Review Cisco Webex Contact Center Services

Your administrator email address is automatically used to sign in where you'll be prompted to create your administrator password. After you sign in, the setup wizard automatically starts. You can review your services, set up Cisco Webex Contact Center services or Cloud Connect, and add users.

Before you begin

Use Chrome or Firefox to access Cisco Webex Control Hub.

Open the Welcome email.

Click the Get Started link in your email.

Enter a password for your account and click Save & Sign In.

Accept the Terms of Service.

Review the plan and click Get Started.

Select a Subdomain for your organization and use the Check Availability option to know if the subdomain is available. If the subdomain is available, select Next and then click Finish.

Set Up Cisco Webex Contact Center

Click the gear () icon on the Cisco Webex Contact Center card.

For Webex Contact Center:

Click Set Up Cisco Webex Contact Center in the Settings tab.


 

The Set Up Cisco Webex Contact Center button is disabled if you are not the customer administrator.

For Cloud Connect:

Click Synchronise User in the Settings tab.
