Webex App | Use Webex on Apple Vision Pro

Your self-view is generated by your Apple Vision Pro Persona. Your Persona is a dynamic, natural representation of your face and hand movements. It allows others to see you in Webex while you’re wearing Apple Vision Pro. Go to Apple Vision Pro settings to capture your Persona.

You can't join Webex webinars, use in-meeting chat, annotate on shared content, or access Messaging or Calling on Apple Vision Pro.

Sign in to Webex App on Apple Vision Pro

You only have to perform this task once.

On the Webex sign-in screen on Apple Vision Pro, tap Sign up and enter your Webex email address and password.

Start, join, or schedule a meeting on Apple Vision Pro

After you sign in to Webex App, you see a list of upcoming meetings.

If you want to join or start a meeting with your audio muted, pinch and hold Join and tap Mute microphone.

Do one of the following:

To start a meeting, tap > Start a meeting.
To join a meeting, tap Join next to the name of the meeting.
If you prefer to enter the meeting number, tap > Join a meeting, and enter the number.
To schedule a meeting, tap > Schedule a meeting and enter the meeting details.

Here’s some of the functionality available during a meeting:

Option	Description
Move the meeting from a desktop or mobile device	Join the meeting on Apple Vision Pro as well and tap Move meeting here.
Pop out an individual participant's video	Pinch and drag the video anywhere in the infinite canvas. To zoom in on the video, pinch your fingers together and then bring both hands apart.
Share your entire screen	Tap . You can't share an application, file, camera, or a portion of your screen.
Record the meeting	Tap
Share a whiteboard	Tap > Whiteboards
Use polls and Q & A in Slido	Tap > Polling and Q&A
Turn on closed captions and/or real-time translation	Tap > Closed captions
Join a breakout session as an attendee	When the host starts the breakout sessions, tap Join now. You can't start or manage breakout sessions as a host.

Change meeting, sound, and video settings on Apple Vision Pro

Set up your meetings the way you want them. Turn on or turn off background noise removal or add a virtual background image.

After you sign in to Webex App, at the top of the Meetings list, tap > Settings.
