RESOLUTION
Update the Visual C++ Runtime Library

1. Download and install the Visual C++ 6.0 runtime library from the following external link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019667.

 If you do not have the privileges to install software, contact your IT department for assistance.

2.  After installation, restart your computer and attempt to join the Webex meeting again.

 If the error continues, please move on to the next solution.

Install the Latest Updates for Windows

1. Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date with the latest patches and updates.
2. Reboot your computer after applying updates.
3. Try joining the meeting once more.
