Error: Cisco Webex Meetings has Stopped Unexpectedly. Error Code: 6.
The Cisco Webex Meetings app for Android freezes during launch or when starting video / audio in the meeting.
Users may see error code 6 when using the Cisco Webex Meetings app on an Intel-based Android device.
Cause:
This issue will occur on Intel Atom or X86 CPU-based Android devices if they are running an Android version lower than the 5.1 release. This issue is fixed in Android version 9.1 and later.
Solution:
Upgrading the Android OS to a 5.1 or later image can significantly reduce the frequency of the device freezing or crashing. But it still depends on the device Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), who needs to apply the latest Intel library in the system image.
