Hosts of Webex Meetings may encounter an error message stating, "You've invited the maximum number of participants your current plan allows. If you'd like to invite more, upgrade your account." This error occurs when the host attempts to add more participants to a meeting than their current subscription plan permits.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue
- Edit your meeting and remove the extra participants. For help, see | Schedule and Edit a Meeting from User Hub.

CAUSE
This error is directly related to the limitations of the host's Webex subscription plan. Free or basic plans often cap the number of participants that can be invited to a single meeting. When the host tries to exceed this limit by adding more participants, the system triggers the error message to inform them of the restriction.
