You can assign call park extensions so Webex Calling users in the same organization can retrieve parked calls.
Add Call Park Extensions Manually
You can manually add up to 100 call park extensions per location.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services, and under Calling select Features. |

Choose the location that you want to add a call park extension to. |

Select Create Call Park Extension. |

Select Manually Add. |
5 |
Enter a call park extension name and extension number. |

Select Save. |
Add Multiple Call Park Extensions

Select Bulk add in CSV. |

Download the CSV template and enter the necessary information. |
