Set recording settings in Webex Meetings

Sign in to User Hub, then select Settings. |

Select the Recording tab.  |

For Recording transcripts, select create recording transcripts for your MP4 recordings. |

For AI summary and Chapters, select generate AI summaries and chapters for your MP4 recordings. |

For Recording layout, select the screen layout for recordings. |

For Participant video, turn on Hide the participant number to hide participant numbers in eligible cloud recordings. |

Select Save. |
