When this setting is configured, the device screen flashes red and gray when someone calls it.

From the customer view in https:/​/​admin.webex.com, go to the Devices page, and select your device in the list. Go to Support and click Web Portal.

If you have set up an Admin user for the device, you can access Advanced Settings directly by opening a web browser and typing in http(s)://<endpoint ip or hostname>.

On the devices local web interface, go to Settings > User Interface > Accessibility Incoming Call Notification. Select AmplifiedVisuals.
