When this setting is configured, the device screen flashes red and gray when someone calls it.

From the customer view in https:/​/​admin.webex.com , go to the Devices page, and select your device in the list. Go to Support and click Web Portal .

If you have set up an Admin user for the device, you can access Advanced Settings directly by opening a web browser and typing in http(s)://<endpoint ip or hostname>.

On the devices local web interface, go to Settings > User Interface > Accessibility Incoming Call Notification . Select AmplifiedVisuals .
