Enable Call Recording for an Organization
As partner, you can turn on the call recording feature for a customer organization. You or the customer administrator can then turn on this feature for specific users. Dubber, a third-party partner, records all incoming and outgoing calls for those users. Dubber also stores and manages all recorded calls.
Before you begin
Purchase Dubber Call Recording licenses via Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) (Solutions Plus), then set up your account in Dubber. For more information about Dubber, go to Sales Connect.
From the partner view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Customers,and then select a customer.
Scroll to Calling and then turn on Call Recording.
This feature then needs to be turned on and set up for specific users within the customer organization. The customer administrator can do this themselves or you can do this on their behalf by following the steps below.
