Error: 'The meeting service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Error 403.'
ISSUE
Users attempting to join a Webex meeting may encounter an error message stating, "The meeting service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Error 403." This error prevents users from accessing the meeting and can disrupt scheduled sessions.
RESOLUTION
Steps to resolve the issue:
- Leave the meeting by going to the File menu and selecting Leave Meeting or End Meeting.
- Rejoin the meeting.
- Enter your workplace network username and password if an authentication window appears.

The "Error 403" message typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:
- Webex traffic is not allowed on the network.
- Incorrect username and password were entered into the proxy authentication window.
