When you connect a phone or laptop you can take advantage of the speakers and microphone on your device, for a better audio experience. See this article for detailed information about pairing and using Bluetooth headsets with your Cisco device.

To pair an external device using Bluetooth:

1. Activate Bluetooth pairing on your external device.

2. Open the Device settings menu on your device and scroll to Bluetooth. If it's disabled, toggle it ON . If it's a first-time pairing, make sure Discoverable mode is ON .

3. The Cisco device scans for available devices. When yours is discovered, it will show up in the device list. Select it from the list to start pairing. It might take a few seconds.

4. When pairing is complete your external device will show up as connected.
