If your conference phone shares a phone number with another phone, this is a shared line. Learn how shared lines work on conference phones.
You can share the same phone number with one or more of your coworkers.
When you share a phone number, you can use that phone line just like you do any other line. Keep in mind these special characteristics of shared lines:

The shared phone number can be configured to appear on a maximum of 35 devices, including desktop or mobile app uses by the user.

The shared phone number appears on all phones that share the number.

If your coworker answers the call, your conference phone screen shows that the line is in use.

If you put a call on hold, your LED is pulses green. Your coworker's line button is solid red and their session button pulses red.
