If your organization uses directory synchronization (DirSync, Okta, EntraID), manage user status updates within your Active Directory (AD) and sync those changes to Webex.

Sign in to Control Hub.

Go to Users.

Click the more More Options button option.

Click Deactivate User.

Webex services, including Webex Calling services, are now deactivated for this user.

When deactivated, the Webex App users will be signed out from their sessions. All user access to the user portal and Control Hub is disallowed. MPP phones continue to support calling for outbound and inbound calls for a short time, unless the administrator enables call intercept for that user. For more information about call intercept, see Configure call intercept.

Users are automatically deleted if they have been deactivated for 30 days.
