How do I troubleshoot Personal Room association issues with Webex?

Note:

  • Users can manually associate their Webex Personal Rooms on Cisco Webex video platform version 1.0 and Cisco Webex video platform version 2.0 sites with Webex.
  • Cisco Webex Meetings online users will see their Personal Room appear in the Meetings tab automatically.

Solution:

To Troubleshoot this issue:
  1. Verify the following:
  • The Personal Room URL entered in Webex is valid.
  • Personal Room is enabled for the user's host account in Site Administration.
  • The Personal Room 9-digit meeting number/ID has not changed.
