How do I troubleshoot Personal Room association issues with Webex?
- Users can manually associate their Webex Personal Rooms on Cisco Webex video platform version 1.0 and Cisco Webex video platform version 2.0 sites with Webex.
- Cisco Webex Meetings online users will see their Personal Room appear in the Meetings tab automatically.
To Troubleshoot this issue:
- Verify the following:
- The Personal Room URL entered in Webex is valid.
- Personal Room is enabled for the user's host account in Site Administration.
- The Personal Room 9-digit meeting number/ID has not changed.
