You can use the help desk feature to quickly dial a number preconfigured by your administrator.

Before you begin

Your administrator has enabled help desk and configured quick numbers on your phone.

(Optional) Select a line.

Press Favorite the favorite key.

The procedure might vary depending on the features your administrator has configured on the phone, do one of the following actions accordingly:
  • If only help desk is configured on the phone, you will see a list of quick numbers.

    For 9841, 9851, and 9861 phones Select a number and press Call to dial out the quick number.

    for 9871 Tap a number to directly dial out the quick number.

  • If help desk and other features (for example, voicemail) are configured on the phone, you will enter the Favorites screen. In this case, select Help Desk first, and then select a quick number to make a call.
    By default, the help desk menu name is "Help Desk". It can be customized by your administrator.
