Webex Go comes in two deployment options that are specifically designed to provide flexibility and choice.

  • Webex Go BYOD – Extend users fixed business number (extension or DID) by adding an eSIM and second line on their personal mobile phone.

  • Webex Go Mobile Operator – Replace a user’s fixed business line with a company provided wireless number and plan (PSTN replacement).

If you're a partner looking to trial Webex Go, you need CCEP to add the trial licenses. Reach out to your Cisco account representative to get started. If you're a customer looking to trial Webex Go, request your administrator to get your Webex partner to enable the Webex Go BYOD or Webex Go Mobile Operator SKU through trial or CCW entitlement.

Webex Go BYOD integrates Webex Calling with users’ personal mobile device and adds the business phone number as a second line through eSIM to the device. It enables users to manage both personal and business communications on a single mobile device. Users can make and receive business calls with their exiting Webex Calling fixed business number (DID or extension) and take advantage of the enterprise-grade calling features, like compliant call recording without a need for a separate app—all while keeping their personal phone number separate from their business number.

Webex Go Mobile Operator enables administrators to add mobile numbers and assign it as the Webex Calling subscribers primary identity, replacing the need to have a fixed business number.

AT&T Business wireless is the first mobile operator to support Webex Go Mobile Operator. Webex Go with AT&T allows users to use their company provided AT&T wireless number as their Webex Calling primary number and across all Webex devices that are provisioned for them. It enables a native Webex Calling experience on their corporate-provided mobile phone.

Customers need to purchase or make sure their Webex org is entitled for the following:

  • From your Webex partner:
    • Webex Suite/Calling Professional License

    • Webex Go Mobile Operator add-on SKU (A-Webex-Go-M-C)

  • From AT&T Business:
