Report an Issue with a Device
If you're running into problems with a device, you can report an issue about that device in Cisco Webex Control Hub. Logs are automatically collected for the selected device.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Devices, and choose the device that you want to report. |

Select Report Issue, and create a new support ticket. The logs are attached to the ticket automatically. |
