Set Up agents and cluster groups
To organize and manage clusters by region or environment, create cluster groups.
The following table shows the status of cluster group, node, and telemetry module.
| Status | Cluster group | Agent | Telemetry module | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Needs Verification | Yes | Yes | _ | The customer administrator must verify the cluster. |
| No Clusters | Yes | _ | _ | No clusters are present in the cluster group. |

Verify and manage agents and cluster groups
You can verify, assign, and manage clusters and agents in Control Hub for Unified Communications nodes. It covers inventory management, editing cluster group details, and telemetry service controls like Centralized Call History, Presence Sync, Azure AD Directory Service and voicemail.
Verify and assign clusters
After installing the agent on the node, a verification code appears in the console. On Unified CM nodes, it also shows on the GUI and CLI sign-in pages. This code uniquely identifies the node. When adding a node to the inventory, make sure its code matches the one in Control Hub.
