Webex Assistant is available in Webex Meetings version 40.4 and later.

Hosts can share the meeting content with anyone who has an account on their Webex site. Each person will be sent an email that contains a link to the content.


To automatically share meeting content with all participants for all scheduled Webex meetings and Personal Room meetings hosted by you or your alternate hosts, on your Webex site, go to Preferences in the left navigation bar, select the Scheduling tab, and select Automatically share the meeting highlights, recording, and transcript with meeting participants and invitees and allow them to make edits.

Go to Meetings in the left navigation bar and select the Past tab.

Locate and select the meeting.


 

If you want to change the name of the meeting and recording to something more descriptive before you share it, select Press to edit the meeting Press to edit the meeting, make your changes, and select Press to save your changes Press to save your changes. Make sure that the Make recording topic match new meeting topic check box is checked and select Yes.

Next to the meeting topic, select Press to share the meeting.

To share the content with everyone who was invited to the meeting, select Add people in meeting invitation list. Otherwise, enter the names or email addresses of the people that you want to share the content with.

Select whether the people can view only or edit the content.

Select Share.


 

To stop sharing content with someone, select Press to share the meeting Press to share the meeting and then select Permissions. Select the drop-down arrow next to the person's name, and then select Remove.

To stop sharing meeting content with everyone, select Press to share the meeting Press to share the meeting and then select Stop sharing this meeting > Stop sharing. Everyone that you shared content with will no longer be able to access the meeting content.

From the Meeting Info page, tap .

To navigate to the Meeting Info page, see View Meeting Content Created by the Webex Assistant.
