The title of a Webex space changes when users leave the space in the Webex Teams app.
The Webex space title changes to 'Decrypting Title' when a user leaves the space in Webex.
Unable to leave a Webex space.
The issue occurs due to a certificate mismatch when converting a Webex trial subscription to a paid subscription.
To resolve this issue:
- Open Webex.
- Click on your profile picture > Select Settings > Click General > Uncheck Start Webex when my computer starts.
- In the Apple menu bar, click Webex > Select Preferences > Uncheck Start Webex when my computer starts.
- Uninstall the Webex app.
- Restart your computer.
- Re-install the Webex app and attempt to login.
