Webex Calling service update for email distribution
Cisco has updated its email distribution system to deliver a more consistent and branded user experience.
As part of this email distribution system update, Cisco will make the following changes:

The email headers, particularly the FROM header, will no longer display a sender name. The email address is set to webex_comm@webex.com.
-
The Reply-To header is not populated by default, unless customized by the administrator.
