동일한 프로토콜 처리자에 대해 다른 앱이 등록되지 않은 경우, Mac 사용자에 대해 Webex 앱 Outlook 통합이 자동 활성화됩니다. 해당 기능이 활성화되었는지 확인하거나 Webex 앱 Outlook 통합을 수동으로 활성화하려면:

1. 기본 설정 > 일반으로 이동합니다.
2. 내 컴퓨터가 시작할 때 Cisco Webex Meetings 시작 및 항상 Microsoft Outlook에 연결 옵션이 활성화되었는지 확인합니다.

Webex 앱 및 Outlook 통합 문제가 있는 경우:

Webex 앱이 x-mspresence에 대한 기본 공급자인지 확인합니다. x-mspresence에 대한 기본 공급자를 확인하려면 터미널에서 다음과 같이 입력합니다.

• USERNAME-M-X77Y:config username$ open x-mspresence://123

 
Webex Teams 앱이 열리는 경우, Webex 앱이 이 프로토콜 처리자에 대해 등록된 유일한 앱입니다.
