What Happens if a Webex Meeting Exceeds its Scheduled Time or Starts Early?
    list-menuFeedback?

    ANSWER

The estimated meeting duration is not a strict limit. It's a helpful tool for attendees to plan their time, as it gives them an idea of how long the meeting might last. If the meeting runs over the scheduled duration, it will continue until the host decides to end it.

Similarly, the scheduled start time is just a guideline. The host can start or end the meeting early or late at any point, regardless of the scheduled time.

    Example:

If a meeting is scheduled for 1:00 PM PST, the host can start at any time before or after that, and the same flexibility applies to the end time. Even if the meeting is scheduled to end at 2:00 PM PST, it can be finished either earlier or later, depending on the host's decision. During your meeting, everything will be fine. The meeting will stay active until the host ends the meeting. The duration function only informs attendees how long a meeting is estimated to last.

Remember, the meeting start time is a guideline. The host has the power to start the meeting earlier or later than the scheduled time, and can end it whenever they see fit.
