Forward your executive assistant calls in the calling user portal
You can set up call forwarding for your executive assistant calls in the calling user portal.
Before you begin

The executive assistant service must first be enabled by your administrator in Control Hub.

Once enabled by your administrator, your executive must assign you to their assistant pool using the calling user portal.
1 | Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. |
2 | From the calling user portal, go to . |
3 | Scroll to Executive Assistant. |
4 | Enter the phone number to forward calls to in the Set phone number field. |
5 | Check the box next to Forward filtered calls. |
6 | Click Save. |
