Delete a virtual agent from Webex Contact Center

Use the Webex Control Hub to delete a virtual agent from Webex Contact Center. When you delete a virtual agent, the system removes the virtual agent from the customer support template, and the customers can no longer interact with the virtual agent.

To delete a virtual agent:

Log in to the customer organization at https://admin.webex.com.

From the navigation pane on the left, in the Services section, click Contact Center > Tenant Settings > Integrations > Features.

Click the Virtual Agents tab to view all Virtual Agent cards for your organization.

Click the Delete icon on the Virtual Agent card that you want to delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
