In the beginning of a meeting, you can see the name labels for the first 60 seconds for up to 4 people on the far-end. After that, the active speakers name is visible for a short while when they start speaking.

If your organization allows name labels, you can easily enable or disable them on your room device using the Touch controller. When you turn off name labels, they won't be shown during the next call. However, if name labels are available, you will still receive them. After the call ends, the name labels are automatically turned back on.

Name labels are not available on trans-coded conferences or on soft clients.

On the Touch controller, open the Settings menu.

Tap Face recognition name labels and tap the toggle to turn the labels on or off for your device.
