Log in to the customer organization using the URL https://admin.webex.com and navigate to .
Select the Virtual Agent tab to show all virtual agent cards for your organization and click the X on the virtual agents you want to delete.
Delete a Cisco Webex Contact Center Virtual Agent
Use the Cisco Webex Contact Center in Cisco Webex Control Hub to delete a Virtual Agent. Once you delete a virtual agent, it is removed from the customer support template and isn't available to customers.
