Error: The Conference is Full. You Cannot be Added to the Conference
list-menuFeedback?

ISSUE
Participants attempting to join an audio conference in Cisco Webex Meetings encounter an error message stating, "The conference is full. You cannot be added to the conference." This error prevents additional participants from joining the meeting, potentially excluding essential attendees.

RESOLUTION
The participants should attempt to dial into the conference again or contact the meeting host for further assistance.

Note: Contact the Cisco Webex Sales team to discuss site storage options for the Audio plan or meeting capacity. For help: How Do I Contact Webex Sales?

CAUSE
The error message is triggered when the audio conference has reached its maximum capacity for participants. Each Webex meeting has a set limit on the number of attendees that can join, which is determined by the host's subscription plan. Once this limit is reached, no further participants can be added to the audio conference, resulting in the error.
