The default date and time format is specific to your country or region. For example, the default format for the United States is MM/DD/YY and 12-hours.

From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Services, and then click Call > Settings.

Change the date and time formats and click Save.

All desk phones in your organization update automatically. This setting doesn't impact Cisco Webex Room Devices.
