For the fastest response, click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any page in the Socio Platform to chat live with a member of our support team. Expect to get a response from a real human within 5 minutes during our normal support hours, which can be found here. You can also contact our support team by emailing us at support@socio.events. We typically respond to emailed support questions within a few hours.

We don't currently offer phone support, so please use our chat or email support.

We don't offer individual attendee support at this time. If you're an attendee and you're experiencing a problem with your event, please contact your event organizer.

Socio is part of Webex, and there are several different ways to incorporate other Webex products in your Socio events or communities.

Slido

We partner with Slido as our premier live polling and Q&A provider. Slido has helped with engaging millions of participants at some of the world's largest and most renowned conferences. Slido offers advanced features like analytics, multiple rooms, and the ability to organize your polls into sessions.

Vidcast

Vidcast is a video messaging tool that makes it easy to record, edit, and share short videos, helping distributed teams collaborate more effectively, and get time back in their day. Vidcast is free to use — simply sign in using your Webex credentials (or register for a free account) at app.vidcast.io.

There are a number of places where you can embed Vidcasts in your Socio event or community, allowing you to easily pull in pre-recorded messages from sponsors, presenters, and speakers. For more information, see http://help.socio.events/en/articles/5914367.

Webex

Webex provides video and audio meetings and webinars that include chat, polling using Slido, and a multitude of apps to enrich your interactions across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems.
