Note:

  • You must close Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Word, Excel and PowerPoint to successfully uninstall Productivity Tools.
Solution:

To uninstall Webex Productivity Tools:​

Windows 10
  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Under Windows Settings, click Apps.
  4. Scroll down the list of Apps, and click on Webex Productivity Tools.
  5. Click Uninstall.
  6. Click Uninstall again on the confirmation pop-up.
  7. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstall.

Note: Uninstalling Productivity Tools removes all Productivity Tools and shortcuts from your computer. If you want to keep using some Productivity Tools but disable others, edit the options in the Webex Settings dialog box.

Apple Mac
  1. Open Finder.
  2. Click on Applications.
  3. Open the Webex folder.
  4. Open the Productivity Tools folder.
  5. Click Uninstall.
  6. Enter an Administrator password if prompted.

The Productivity Tools installation package has an uninstall utility.

To uninstall Productivity Tools:
  1. Download the WBS MSI package, manually install on a PC.
  2. Go to the target installation folder (default path C:\Program Files (x86)\Webex\Productivity Tools\) and copy PTUninstaller.exe.
  3. Distribute the PTUninstaller.exe file to any PC which needs to uninstall previous versions of Productivity Tools.
  4. End any process from the following list:
