If you're going to be away from your desk but don't want to miss an important phone call, you can forward your calls to another phone number. You can enable this feature using Calling User Portal or User Hub.

Go to https://settings.webex.com and select Webex Calling. |

From the Calling User Portal, go to Call Settings. |

Go to Call forwarding and turn on the toggle. |

Select the call forwarding option that you want to use.

Enter a number to forward calls to. |

(Optional) Check the box to send calls to voicemail. |

Click Save. |
