Follow these steps to pair your Bluetooth device after the first-time pairing:
Before you begin
Make sure your B&O Cisco 950 is charged. You can connect the charging case with the charging cable. You can also use the Qi certified wireless charging pads for charging.

The Cisco Headset USB Adapter is required for the Microsoft Teams certified experience with Microsoft Teams client. In other use cases, the adapter is optional and can be used as a quick plug-and-play experience. The adapter is included in the box contents and pre-paired with the earbuds.
1 |
Place your earbuds in the charging case. Take the Cisco Headset USB Adapter out of the box and plug it into your source device. Then, open the lid of the charging case and take out the earbuds. As the adapter is pre-paired to the earbuds, a connection will be established automatically. For more information about the Headset USB adapter or
troubleshooting, see Cisco Headset USB Adapter. |

If you are not using the Microsoft Teams client on your connected device, you can also connect via a native Bluetooth connection by following these steps: Make sure the charging case lid is fully open. When the indicator turns off, tap and hold the touch field of both the earbuds for 6 seconds. You see the indicator flashing blue when your device initiates pairing in the Bluetooth pairing mode. The B&O Cisco 950 Microsoft Teams certified earbuds are
also compatible with Webex. While you can connect the earbuds with a native Bluetooth
connection when using Webex, the Cisco Headset USB Adapter is required for the Microsoft
Teams specific controls and the earbud call controls to work with the Microsoft Teams
client. |
Insert B&O Cisco 950 earbud into your ear canal, then rotate until the logo is horizontal and the fin is resting outside the tragus of your ear.
You need to choose the right ear tips that are essential for the truest fit and for optimal performance of active noise cancellation. You can try out different sizes to find the one that offers the best level of isolation from outside noises.
