As an executive assistant, you can make, answer, intercept, and route calls appropriately on behalf of your executive.
Forward your executive assistant calls
Before you begin

The executive assistant service must first be enabled by your administrator.

The executive must assign you to their assistant pool.

Sign in to User Hub, then click . |

Go to Executive Assistant section and turn on the toggle. |

Enter the phone number to which the calls to be forwarded in the Set phone number field and check the Forward filtered calls check box. |

Click Save. |
Opt in or out of executive assistant service

To opt in to an executive assistant service, check the Opt-in check box of the executive in the table. If you want to opt out of the executive assistant service, uncheck the Opt-in check box. | ||
