As an extra layer of security you can use biometric authentication, such as a fingerprint or facial scan, to quickly reopen the app to catch up on your spaces.
First, check that Webex App is supported on your specific version of iPhone, iPad, or Android.
Then, check whether your device supports biometric authentication.
Although some devices support face recognition, some older devices may only support fingerprint recognition. |
1 | Tap your Profile, go to Settings, select Privacy, then tap Use Face ID Authentication. If Face ID isn't supported, select Use Touch ID Authentication. If Touch ID isn't set up in your device settings, you must enable it. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your device's biometric security settings.

2 | Tap Lock screen to set a time for your app to lock. Select Immediately so the app locks whenever you leave it, or set a timer so that it locks after a period of inactivity. Choose from:

3 | To reopen the app from the app lock screen, glance at your device to use Face ID, or scan your fingerprint to use Touch ID. If your device fails to recognize your facial scan, or fingerprint, enter your passcode.
